Everything starts with ownership. Riderwood Associates has been the owner of The Exchange since the building was designed and built.  Their offices are located in the building, so tenants can go directly to the owners with questions, suggestions, or concerns. On-site ownership is a big reason why The Exchange consistently maintains a high quality professional environment.

Management of The Exchange is provided by The Greenland Corporation, an affiliate of Riderwood Associates.  A team of dedicated Greenland management professionals staff The Exchange from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. to respond to tenant needs and make sure everything is just right. Even the janitorial crew are all regular employees of The Exchange and not contracted out. Greenland is also headquartered in the building, so help is always as close as Suite 401.
